Insight

We know the importance of listening to employees at every level in order to understand what is working and what needs to be improved.

Workplace Innovation offers online or manual surveys, testing employees’ experiences against a carefully chosen set of good practice indicators.

But surveys can only tell you so much. The stories about work that people tell each other can be one of an organisation’s biggest wasted resources for improvement and innovation. We create safe listening environments in which employees can bring stories, experiences, insights and ideas back into the workplace.

Our reports based on employees’ own accounts of experiences at work provide boards and senior management teams with a powerful stimulus for change, and help to define priorities for action.

As part of this process we can also identify people with the ideas and energy to drive improvement and change forward within their own areas of work.
