I have recently successfully completed my Level 5 ILM Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring through ‘Workplace Innovation'.

I undertook the programme to enhance my coaching and mentoring skills, gain an accredited coaching qualification and improve my business offering as an independent HR Consultant. The whole experience was very positive and has brought early benefits to both me personally and my clients.
