Some of our recent project experience includes:
Animating change. We produced a play based on actual stories and experiences from the Vocational Education Sector in Ireland. The play formed the centre piece of Change Conferences in 3 organisations, each of which generated around 30 suggestions for improvement. A representative group of managers and employees was then facilitated to take these suggestions forward. View Video
Interactive learning through Masterclasses. We delivered an interactive and entertaining half-day Masterclass centred on the dramatic presentation of a visionary CEO and her struggle to bring the workforce along with her. This unfolding story was interspersed with interviews and dialogue involving real life case studies and stories.
Resolving the consequences of change. Two large utility providers underwent a merger but with gave little consideration to new working practices or team building. Following a process of dialogue with employees at different levels of the merged organisation, we delivered a theatre based symposium which highlighted the importance of collaborative working practices and enabled participants to identify practical actions for managers, employees and trade unions.
